AMAZING Hotel Experience!
room upgrade bilingual staff available reception
I received an upgrade from a single room to a double room! It had a street view. The staff was bilingual. This helped because my French is not good. Someone was always downstairs at reception to answer questions. It was handy.
The desk in the room was quite small.

The hotel is near the Pigalle metro station. It is easily accessible. I felt okay all time in the area, even as a solo female traveller. The location makes it easy to get around.

Lots of lovely bars surround the hotel. Many restaurants are nearby, TOO. Bakeries are also close. I found several options within a short walk, great.

lovely stay
excellent location helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
the location was excellent, close to many restaurants. the staff were very helpful. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. i appreciated the controlled air conditioning during my summer stay.

cramped room limited soft drinks
the room REALLY felt cramped, i suspect due to it being near a service area. also, the bathroom lacked a proper ventilation system. I noticed some slight mold in the shower corners. plus, the promised free soft drinks i saw advertised Were only available for like 2 hours, a VERY limited time each day.

Excellent Stay Near Montmartre
metro access friendly staff quiet room comfortable bed
The hotel features a convenient location within walking distance of Montmartre. I found easy access to the metro, facilitating travel around the city. The room was clean, and it had effective air conditioning, which I controlled. The staff was friendly, and they created a cute atmosphere. The room felt quiet and compact. I was able to get sufficient rest after sightseeing each day. The hotel is also within walking distance of Gare Du Nord station. I had no trouble reaching various attractions from this location. The reception staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness. They were very good too assist with any requests. The hotel is well kept and designed. It contributed to a comfortable and efficient stay. The room was well-appointed and featured a queen size bed. It had a single bed, providing ample space for luggage and relaxation. I also noted how quiet it was.
The water temperature in the shower was occasionally unstable. Adjusting it took a little effort.

bad noise broken air conditioning
the location was acceptable and had some good cafes nearby.
the room was not great, it was too small. the air conditioning barely worked and the noise at night was really bad. i tried to get some sleep but failed.
